This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted for purchases made through Audience Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of our business and the value of the proprietary data we deliver, all purchases of email audiences are non-refundable once the data file has been delivered. Once fulfilled, all digital products are considered "used" and cannot be returned or revoked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds Prior to Fulfillment

A full refund may be issued only if:

  • The request is submitted before the audience has been sourced, filtered, or delivered.

  • The buyer notifies us in writing within 12 hours of purchase.

3. Delivery Issues or Technical Errors

If you believe your order was not delivered as described, or you received a corrupt or incomplete file, we will work with you to:

  • Reissue the correct data file

  • Resolve technical issues with file access

We do not issue refunds for perceived performance issues (e.g., bounce rate, open rate, ad platform rejection), as these depend on how the data is used.

4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, notify us within 24 hours and we may refund the second payment—provided no data has been delivered.

5. Custom Orders & Subscriptions

All custom orders and subscription-based audience plans are non-refundable once sourcing has begun or data has been delivered.

To cancel a future subscription renewal, contact us before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will apply to future charges only.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Audience Marketing LLC to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Loss of access to previously delivered data

  • Blacklisting from future purchases

We encourage all buyers to reach out directly for support before contacting their payment provider.
